  • You’ve lost touch with your purpose
  • You’re craving time to think clearly, feel deeply, and move forward meaningfully

“Before this retreat, I felt stagnant—disconnected from my career, lacking passion, and questioning the purpose of it all.

I signed up for this retreat hoping for just a small shift, maybe a moment of clarity—but what I experienced was far beyond anything I expected. I came back not only rejuvenated but with a profound clarity about what I want next.”

Retreat Agenda

Day 1: The Pause — Thursday, October 2

Kick-off at 2:00 pm

We begin with what so many women rarely get—permission to pause.

The afternoon opens with grounding practices and a powerful welcome circle to help you fully arrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Through thoughtful conversation and powerful coaching, we’ll explore where you’ve been—what’s fueled you, what’s drained you, and how your story has shaped who you are today.

By evening, you’ll feel the shift—less pressure, more presence. We’ll close our first day with a cozy group dinner and relaxed connection under the stars.

“It gets to your core and brings you back to life with clarity and purpose.”

~ Tamara Baker, Environmental Permit Manager

“The experience was like bringing my soul outside of my body, examining it, and putting it back with a deeper understanding of what truly makes me happy.”

Day 2: Reconnect — Friday, October 3

Today is about tuning inward. You’ll reconnect with your inner voice—the one that may have gone quiet in the noise of everyday demands.

Through guided coaching, you’ll explore the cycle of renewal, identify what’s draining your energy, and challenge the limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck.

You’ll clarify what matters most to you, which will serve as your North Star as you begin to clarify your purpose.

The afternoon offers time for rest or local exploration (a hike or river paddle, perhaps?). We’ll close the evening with meaningful fireside conversation.

Day 3: Realign — Saturday, October 4

Start designing your next chapter—with purpose

You’ve reflected on where you’ve been and where you are. Now, we turn toward where you’re going.

We’ll explore your purpose and motivators. What lights you up? What kind of impact do you want to make? What does alignment really look and feel like?

We’ll then move into visioning—crafting a visual representation of your future. You’ll walk away with a clear and tangible picture of what’s next.

As we gather for dinner and celebration, you’ll feel not just inspired—but empowered to return home with more intention and more of yourself intact.

“Suzanne and Kimberly’s coaching environment provided plenty of time for introspection, feeling my feelings, and challenging myself.”

~ Christine Wilson, CEO MtoM Consulting

“Authentic coaching experiences, facilitated by Suzanne and Kimberly helped us delve into personal aspects of ourselves that can sometimes hold us back and sometimes set us free, allowing us to consider ways to successfully achieve our inner most goals.”

~ Erica Pecorale, Long Island University Professor

Day 4: Move Forward — Sunday, October 5

Prepare for reentry—on purpose

We’ll close the retreat by integrating everything you’ve experienced. You’ll reflect on what you’re bringing with you, what you’re leaving behind, and how you want to show up when you return to your daily life.

Departure by 11:00 AM, with full hearts and a renewed sense of direction.

I am here to awaken leaders to their true selves, not by adding more, but by gently helping them peel away the masks that they’ve been taught to wear. I help people see what’s already within: courage, clarity, and the capacity to lead with authenticity. I do this because I believe that when we lead from a place of integrated truth, we unlock not only our own potential but also the power to inspire and heal others.

“If you want to be someone other than who you are right now, you must be willing to take a risk.”

“Linear lives and careers are overrated, in my opinion.”
