Leadership coaching for leaders at an inflection point
Pause. Unmask.
And own the leadership that has always been yours.
You’re the one who figures it out. Every time. It’s earned you the title, the trust, the reputation. By every measure that matters on paper, it’s working.
So why doesn't it feel like enough anymore?

The reframe
You are at an inflection point. It's not a crisis, and it's not a failure. It's growth.
What you’re feeling is the quiet, uncomfortable evidence that you’ve outgrown the level that got you here. The gap isn’t about what you don’t know yet. It’s about what’s running on autopilot.
You don’t need wholesale change. You need wholesale clarity.
Where you are
There are five inflection points.
Five moments in a leadership career where what got you here stops being enough to get you to what’s next. They’re not personality types. They’re known moments, and once you can name yours, the fog tends to lift fast.
The Intentional Leader
You’ve been winning. But did you pick the game?
The Aligned Leader
You’re good at this. So why doesn’t it feel like you?
The Reimagined Leader
Something feels off. And you can’t quite explain it.
The Strategic Leader
You’re not just busy. You’re moving so fast you can’t slow down.
The Connected Leader
Everyone is in the boat. But nobody is rowing together.
Find yours
Which inflection point are you in?
Nine questions. Two minutes. You’ll get the name of the point you’re standing in, the shift it’s asking for, and the kind of work that helps.
When something feels off at work, what's your first thought?
The work
Three ways in. One kind of work.

The philosophy
Unmasking Leadership
Underneath everything you’ve been performing is a truer, more grounded version of you. We’re not building her. We’re revealing her.
The mindset
You don’t have to blow up your life
An intentional pause can be a year, a week, or a hard conversation. The duration isn’t the point. I call the fullest version an Adult Gap Year, because I took one.
The framework
The Power of the Pause
Five stages: pause, attune, unmask, shape, embody. How the unmasking happens, and the process you return to at every inflection point after this one.

About Suzanne
I built this work by living it first.
After twenty years at PwC, with almost a decade as a partner, I’d built a reputation for being the person who figures it out. Then I spent a year in Oaxaca with my family, asking the questions I’d been too busy to ask. That year is where the Power of the Pause came from. Not a theory. A year of finding out what happens when you actually stop.
I’m a certified coach, a CPA, and the author of I’m Supposed to Be Doing This: An Adult Gap Year. Mostly, I’m the person who knows what it feels like to sit inside an inflection point without a map.
