How long is the commitment period?

It depends.  If you are looking to make a BIG change, remember: change doesn’t happen overnight. And it certainly doesn’t happen after one or two sessions. You need time to explore the issue you are facing and your relationship to the challenge you want to overcome. Like a fine wine, it takes time to process what you have learned, incorporate it into your day-to-day, and make changes that last. Purposeful reflection allows you to go beyond unlocking to realize your potential and find joy!

What does change look like?

Change is realized through tiny shifts in perspective and behavior. I recognize that you have already achieved success, but how can you do more? It is the tiniest shifts in your perspective that will play a huge role in achieving the change that you seek.

What does success look like?

Success is realized when you achieve what was previously unknown or what you felt was impossible. Learning how to articulate your motivators = success. Living a life that honors your values = success. Finding a path forward that you couldn’t see before = success. Achieving a dream that you thought was impossible = success. You see, success will be determined by you, not by me.

How will team coaching achieve measurable business results?

Teams must work together to reach their collective business goals. Consider two boats of rowers: Both boats are pointed toward the finish line (i.e., your measurable business results) but one boat is rowing out of sync. In this boat, people are getting splashed and the boat is rocking. They are making forward progress, but it is slow and not fun. The other boat is rowing in sync. People understand their objectives, and their individual role, and know their strengths. They are getting to the finish line with speed and efficiency. Team coaching allows your team to become more like the second boat; working together, rallied around a vision, exercising strengths with a focus on the common goal.

Finding your true north isn’t easy

It can be a lot of hard work to figure out who you are, the type of leader you want to be, and what you are supposed to be doing. But it can be done.
