Kimberly Manno

Linear lives and careers are overrated, in my opinion.

Kimberly Manno is a connector at heart and a facilitator in practice. She has a passion for developing people and their communities. Her work spans Fortune 500 companies to startups, entrepreneurs to foundations. Kimberly is a student of the mind-body connection and will help you tap into your intuition and understand your body’s somatic.

Fernando Barnetche and Ana Guzzy

of Parabóla

Fernando Barnetche and Ana Guzzy of Parabóla are the perfect partner for the Vamonos Experience. Local to Mexico and deeply connected in Oaxaca, they believe in the power of growth through unique travel experiences, challenging the mind, body, and spirit while enjoying nature and exploring local cultures. Their business model has been designed to bring economic benefits to the villages and the people we will visit in remote, unique, and hidden spots.

Betsy Moralez

Oaxaca food tour guide

Betsy Moralez grew up in the Oaxaca market and owns Oaxaca Street Food Tours. Her journey began in 2019 with a clear mission: to make-Oaxaca’s markets accessible and exciting for all visitors. Betsy is dedicated to connecting explorers with the authentic essence of Oaxaca, where food is much more than a culinary experience—it’s a link to the rich traditions and vibrant culture of the region. Betsy takes pride in embracing a feminist approach in her work, promoting the participation and empowerment of women in the food industry. Every step she takes is rooted in supporting local businesses and fair trade, ensuring that our culinary experiences directly benefit the businesses that host us

Vamonos is an oasis for professional renewal, leadership discovery
and next-step acceleration.

¿Qué significa vamonos?

Vamonos is Spanish for “Let’s Go!” and is a nod to Oaxaca, Mexico where my dream of establishing an executive coaching practice centered around values-based alignment began.

It is so very hard to put abstract leadership development principles into practice. To really transform, you must apply your enhanced capabilities in new and unique ways, introduce ambiguity, challenge yourself, unlock insights and build new habits. Vamonos strives to provide the kind of environment where emerging and experienced leaders can learn to create their own framework of leadership and reach their maximum potential, without losing themselves along the way.
